Headshots
All of my collections are digitally all inclusive. This means there will not be any extra charge to download your full resolution, digital images! Shooting time, editing time and traveling time, at a location usually within about 30 minutes from Poquoson are also built into the cost.
To secure your spot on my calendar, $100 of the session fee and an online contract are required when booking. The rest is due on the day of the session. You will have the option to purchase professional prints separately, after receiving your gallery. You will get a print release, too, if you choose not to print through me. •GROUP OFFICE PORTRAITS + INDIVIDUALS | $500•
This is the digitally all inclusive collection that includes 5-10 fully retouched group portraits of up to 10 employees grouped together in different ways. Add $50 for each extra employee for group portraits that exceed 10 people.

Individual headshots of up to 3 employees are included in this cost. Each of the 3 employees would get at least 4 fully retouched headshots. Add $75 for each extra employee's individual headshot, if the amount of employees needing individual headshots exceeds 3 employees. If individual headshots are not desired, more group portraits will be taken in lieu of individual headshots.
Driving time to your office within about 30 minutes from Poquoson, editing time and setup time are included in the cost as well. If an outdoor location is preferred, the time to meet may be later in the day, close to sunset for the softer, more flattering natural light. If a later time doesn't work for your employees, a morning time in a shaded area has worked well in the past. Outdoor portraits typically allot more images than indoor images, where artificial lighting and backdrops may be involved.
•INDIVIDUAL HEADSHOTS FOR 3+ EMPLOYEES | $350•
This is the digitally all inclusive collection where I meet at your office for headshots of 3 employees. Each employe would receive at least 4 fully retouched images. Add $75 for each extra employee's headshot, exceeding 3 people. Driving time to your office within about 30 minutes from Poquoson, editing time and setup time are included in the cost as well. I accept checks, cash, or I can send an online checkout link, via square for credit cards. All cash or check payments can subtract $10 from the final balance (this does not apply to past client pricing).
