Favorites of Rustic Fall Minis 2022 | Part 1

Today, I'm blogging sessions I haven't gotten around to blogging from 2022, while pressure canning simultaneously. I like to have meats and veggies canned up, basically pre-cooked and out of the freezer before Spring. This will make cooking future dinners so much easier, just in case I'm blessed with a busy Spring through December on the photography front! I'm canning ground beef today, which takes a long time to pressure can, so I have my old laptop and I'm sitting close enough to the kitchen so I can keep an eye on my canner while it's doing it's thing. It sounds complicated, but I've been canning for a few years now and I've gotten used to it. Having shelf stable meat means I don't have to thaw it before using it. My family loves using canned ground beef for tacos, chili and other crockpot meals. Basically, I'll thank myself later for putting in the work this week!

Here are just a few of my favorites from Rustic Fall Minis in 2022:

GAH!!! I love reliving all of those smiling faces and I hope to do something similar to this setup for Fall this year. To see a snippet of canning and blogging, check
