Extended family session

This family had a family session with me in April. Not long after, I was contacted about gift certificates for both of their mothers, to have extended family sessions, as Mother's day gifts (is it weird that I don't use names in blog posts? It seems weird right now lol). The first Mother's day session was shot in June and you can see images from that here.

And, here are the 2nd set of images from their totally awesome Mother's day gift!

I'm in love with the unique location, mainly because of the old buildings that were perfectly imperfect! Especially, the Dr. Seuss looking crooked doors and the brick showing where the concrete had broken off. It was pretty awesome. :)

Maybe it's the absolutely loving children and the fact that they're at the perfect age for cooperating in posed pictures, while not being, "too cool" to act goofy too, or maybe it's the gorgeous families, or the location... Eh, it's everything about this session, that makes me feel like it's my favorite one shot yet!

Thanks for looking!
