Small Events
All of my collections are digitally all inclusive. This means there will not be any extra charge to download your full resolution, digital images!
To secure your spot on my calendar, $100 of the session fee and an online contract are required when booking. The rest is due on the day of your event. You will have the option to purchase professional prints separately, after receiving your gallery. You will get a print release, too, in case you choose not to print through me. For event photography, I stick to smaller events at one indoor location, like birthdays, or baby showers, for around, or under 50 people and up to 3 about hours. I make sure to photograph the decorations, food and candids of people. Then, I also photograph groups of people and families that I'm asked to photograph. I typically ask if there could be a person that I can go to, who knows who is who and can tell me who should be in each group portrait.
•SMALL EVENT | $450+$100 hourly•
$450 is the base cost for the first hour + $100 per every hour after that. Around 60+ edited images for every event hour are provided, for up to about 3 hours. Any images that are considered a portrait/not a candid will have a matching black and white included. All edited, final images will be sent in an online gallery, with the ability to download in full resolution.
Please note: Anything with more than 1 bridesmaid, a ceremony with chairs, a wedding reception, etc., deserves a seasoned wedding photographer with a second shooter and I am not a good fit for something like that.
If the event is a small, outdoor elopement, with just immediate family and an officiant, the ultimate session collection works well for that.
•THE ULTIMATE | $625•
This is the digitally all inclusive collection, that tells the whole story of our time together. I will only leave out unflattering images, blurry images and obvious duplicates. Any storytelling images, extra details and moments in between will be captured, edited and put in your gallery! The Ultimate includes between 1-2 hours of shooting time and at least 65 fully edited images. Each image in color will have a matching black and white, making the final amount of images at least 130.
1 complimentary custom album is also included in 2025's ultimate collection. The album can include up to 35 images of your choice, or you can pick a few favorites, then let me choose for you. Once you choose how you want your album customized, I will do the rest!
As far as traveling goes, I am located in Poquoson and I stick to the "no tunnel" rule. I typically drive within about 30-45 minutes from Poquoson, but avoid the Norfolk/Va Beach/Chesapeake areas.
I accept checks, cash, or I can send an online checkout link, via square for credit cards.
